The premier cowboy action shooting match in the Kansas City Area is even better! With three days of events and matches along with a brand new indoor banquet venue, The Powder Creek Cowboys are taking the fun up another notch! Join us at our redesigned range, with lights and fans on every stage. With the newly added Lucky Strike Mine and soon-to-be-completed additions to the Cattle Barn, we are preparing for an even more exciting and challenging match than ever before!

Our New Banquet Venue!
Our Banquet venue is changing for 2025! We have rented out an old favorite of our members and a premier Kansas attraction, Historic Old Shawnee, KS, to hold our banquet this year. The Old Shawnee Town Hall is an air-conditioned space located in the heart of the 1929-themed historic area. We will also keep our banquet on Friday night to allow you to get on the road earlier on Saturday afternoon!
We are Planning Some Awesome Awards for The Prince of the Pistoleers 2025!
For the first time ever, we will have buckles for all category winners! We are working on unique awards for second and third place finishers and look forward to unveiling them at the event!

A Few Guidelines for the Match
- Application must be received by May 25. No refunds or category changes after May 25.
- SASS rules apply.
- A current SASS membership is required to participate in this event.
- RV parking space must be reserved in advance. RVs will be assigned parking spaces.
- There are no power or water hookups for RVs at the range.
- Range rules require minimum .32 caliber for ALL shooters (no .22s allowed on our range)
